A4:    In its most recent testing with Environment Canada's Emissions Research and Measurement Division, EVCC's catalytic muffler achieved a 98.9% reduction in total hydrocarbons and oxides of nitrogen (THC + NOx) when fitted to a 2-stroke engine. In an earlier testing at Bombardier Inc., EVCC's catalytic muffler showed a 90% reduction in THC + NOx on a 4-stroke engine.

A5:    Yes. EVCC currently holds three issued patents (two in the U.S. and one in Canada) and has two patents pending (one in Canada and one in Europe). These patents protect EVCC's technology from being copied and used by competitors.
